5-7PM. Children welcome if accompanied by an adult.

You will have the opportunity to:

-Taste chocolate in various forms.

-Make chocolate ganache truffle centers. You can take this ganache home to roll and make truffles in your own kitchen.

-Roll and dip already set ganache for truffles. Create a finished box of chocolate to take home.

-Learn about how chocolate is sourced and made from the cacao fruit to a chocolate truffle.
