Chocolate Dances brings people together through events featuring dance and chocolate tasting. We craft our own line of chocolate and use chocolate proceeds to help support our dance making and to provide opportunities for artists.
Chocolate Truffle Making CLASS

We'll dress you up in chef's attire,
guide you through a chocolate tasting.
We'll teach you about how cacao is grown and turned into chocolate form.
Together we will make ganache truffles in class.
We'll infuse ganache with your choice of flavor combinations using teas and herbs.
You will walk away with:
- recipes/info to make chocolate truffles on your own
- a finished box of truffles that we make in class
- ganache (truffle centers) that you can take home with you and finish into truffles in your own home kitchen.
Space is limited.

children welcome if accompanied by an adult
